STUDY OF CUPRESSUS SEMPERVIRENS L. VERTICALIS GROWING IN GEORGIA ON THE CONTENT OF LIPIDS AND SOME BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS

Sums of neutral and polar lipids with the yield 8% 2.6% were obtained from cones Cupressus sempervirens L. Verticalis  growing in Georgia main classes identified: hydrocarbons, diglycerides, triglycerides, fatty acids sterol. Some physico-chemical characteristics detected: specific gravity, refractive index, acidity number, iodine saponification ratio. In cypress cone oil saturated, unsaturated polyunsaturated high percentage some them identified qualitatively quantitatively by gas chromatographic method. Among rare 5,11,14,17-eicosatetraenoic acid was found. sum phospholipids a total content 0.16% determined spectrophotometric method biologically active compounds -  carotenoids amino determined. Based on study results new lipid-containing plant resource is identified, which will find practical application medicine cosmetology.
